My grandmother had a stroke in September so I missed working out for about 3 days since I drove 2 hours to see her in the hospital (she was in a coma) and she died the day after the last day I visited her-I was so sad and upset that I let my workout routine drop off, then 3 weeks after she passed my grandfather also passed. My 3 days of not working out turned into almost 2 months and I have just recently started getting back into the gym. I wish I would have just got back into it right away because the longer you wait, the harder it is to get back into things (including your clothes..lol). So, don't think that if you miss a day or two that it's the end of the world, get up and get back into the swing of things-we only have one body for our one lifetime, we gotta take care of it Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Great thoughts! I'm sorry to hear about your grandmother.....all the more reason to take care of yourself, right? Congrats to you for getting yourself back to the gym and good luck.

Sorry about losing your grandparents. Sounds like you jsut needed to deal with it and did. Give yourself kudos for getting back on track. It may have taken a bit longer, but you DID get back on track and that is important.

Thanks for the inspiration!!
