Hello again Traineo Team,
I had a fantastic time this week week my 'What is the point' thread and really enjoyed the way it developed, and the feedback from all involved.
Traineo is a really great way to reach so many people, share so much and learn so much and I am greatful to have connected with all of the members here.
One of the quotes that inspires me most is the title of this post. It says it all, and I believe is 100% true. Bruce Lee believed that the human form was just a host for the spirit and the spirit was limitless. He argued that the majority of us are so consumed with the physical and material world that we had lost touch with our infinite wisdom and our infinite possibility.
I think I understand what he was trying to say and I interpret it like this. We are all here to learn something in this lifetime, and our bodies is one tool that we have been blessed with to help us learn about ourselves. By working with, and mastering the body, we can learn to build focus and concentration. With this focus and concentration we can develop the mind. By expanding our mind we understand our spirit and become one with our very existence. And then we can truly appreciate how the universe is all connected and we are limitless, because in the circle of life we are the universe. Sounds deep, but it doesn't have to be.
The basic tenet, is that we can achieve anything we want to, and we have been given everything we will ever need to succeed. Most of us don't appreciate this as we lose our way in the open world and get sucked into where other people want us to go, so we lose our way. Schools direct you here, politicians direct you there and employers drag you this way. It is easy to become disorientated.
But never fear. The bible states that God will never provide you with a challenge that you are not fully equipped to handle. So let go of the fear and chase the life you were born to live.
I don't know where I get all this stuff from, but I do swear by what I am saying. In the meantime I hope you all have a fantastic weekend, and enjoy it to the full.
Dean
