I kinda went AWOL from traineo awhile back...and since then, it seems as if I've made a reverse in my goal. instead of losing weight like i was doing, I put on around...10lbs or so from where i started. I had lost 15lbs...so i guess I put on 25. Anyway...I'm back, and I really want to get on losing this weight. Any help/motivation would be great...and I gotta say, I can't wait to start droppin the lbs!
