Welcome Jessica. I am proud to see new faces around here. Traineo has definitely been growing in the last month. I tend to use it more selfishly than others. I use the diet & exercise log and Make sure to have motivators that know me, and I can trust. What is great is hearing my wife say "Wow, you have really lost --- pounds?" Or having an e-mail from my friend who says "Looks like you have been stepping up your workout this week, keep at it." It is a great resource to share.
Something that many people have done is shared on the forums. There are recipes for protein bars, a post about "Thinspiration," and even a Confessional

. There are people that you will begin to know from their posts. I would suggest joining and tracking your progress and jumping into conversations here on the forums.
