80 POUNDS GONE!
I've gone from a size 20 to a 6 (and even sometimes a 4!) and I've never looked this good in my life! (22 years of being overweight, dontcha know)
I'm a dedicated South Beach girl with a newfound love for exercise.
I've given up white flour, white sugar, fast food, and who knows what else. But you'll never get my coffee away from me!!

Aright...this is really trivial. But I had to post it somewhere! Last night I bought....a BELT! A cute little braided, beaded, lime green belt. I have not bought a belt in, probably, twenty years. And when I did buy them back then, I would chicken out and not wear them because I felt too fat and didn't want to call attention to my waist. Ohhhh but now? Now I can't wait to wear it!! (with a flirty blue and green tropical skirt and a tank top, thank you very much! )
Yippee!!
So how has your style changed with your weight loss?

I'm 36, married, no kids. Now that I've reached my goal weight, I am concentrating on getting BF below 25%. Working with a trainer I have lost more than 50 lbs since Nov 2006. Hunger is my friend! :)

Oooh, that is fun! I bought a watermelon colored sleeveless shirt for workouts and a pair of lime green running shorts last week--let's just say that I would NEVER have bought that before for fear that I would look like a giant fruit salad!
Congrats on the cute belt! That is awesome! You have made an amazing transformation--isn't it fun to be able to shop for cute clothes? I'm going <gulp> bathing suit shopping on Monday! Talk about amazing! The last suit I bought was a size 18, and I am now 8-10!

I'm a network security engineer who enjoys fencing and weight training, happily married, and trying to lose the weight I gained the past few years due to inactivity and medications. I'm aiming to get back into the suits I used to wear when I had a "suit job".
I put my starting weight as it was the day I joined traineo, but I'd lost 32lbs since my peak of 205 lbs, size 18.

Congrats! Show that waist off, you've earned it! Shopping is fun when you know you'll look good, isn't it? 8)
As for me, I'm wearing slightly more fitted clothes, but I've still got a ways to go. I'm looking forward to getting back into my old sizes though

Have a look at my Food Diary at: http://kittynns-food-diary.blogspot.com/
I started to gain more and more weight a few years ago and decided it to be enough now. I want to get rid of this problem and now I wonder what let me wait for so long :)

I love to go shopping in the Tokyo equivalent of WalMart (Uniqlo) when I'm over visiting family. I purposely pack only one or two changes of clothing, so I can maximize my shopping!
Last summer, I bought a lot of new jeans and slacks from Uniqlo -- and every last one of them was a low-rider! If you have a less than perfect waist, low-riders only accentuate your belly. I'm determined to look good in them before my next trip to Japan this July.

I'm in 9th grade. I'm trying to lose weight. i want to try and eventually get down to 106. my short term goal is 110. Sports: I do TaeKwonDo and i am currently a high blue belt.
This year in gym we have it everyday except for one marking period where we don't have it at all. I'm hoping that will help me stay in better shape :)
Some irrelevant stuff about me: --I LOVE Music= Simple Plan. Gwen Stefani. Panic at the disco. Fall Out Boy. Carrie Underwood. Kelly Clarkson. Daughtry. many more. --i go to sleepaway camp. [where i lose weight w/o really trying and no its not a weight loss camp-its a Jewish one where all the food is kosher {ew}]--- i lost 8.5 lbs at camp this summer. yay! now lets see if i can actually keep it off. [update: i gained it all back :(]
Goals: [-Stop buying snacks during study hall and lunch (both in cafeteria) HOW DO I DO THIS?] DONE! I only didnt buy something for one day, and then i wasn\'t tempted anymore.--grr. i bought something once, and now i\'m back w this problem. will conquer it tomorrow.-- was not tempted, but i got something as part of my lunch. i\'m taking the money out of my supply case now. [update: high school came, and this problem started again. if i go to the media center everyday, i wont have a problem.] -Exercise more - Go to sleep at a reasonable time (aka not 11 or later-- i have to wake up at 6:20 most days)
Any advice on anything?

Congrats on that cute belt. I just bought some new dresses and nightgowns for summer, and I really like how good I look in my old clothes, too.
