Hiya
I've reached a weight now where i feel "comfortable" but not happy. Because of this, I've not been monitoring my calories as closely, but I'm still eating around the same - 1300 calories a day - and exercising 1 hour daily.
My weight has recently plateaued, so to kickstart more weightloss, do I have to cut down the calories again and up the amount of exercise, because I dont know if I can motivate myself to do that!
Does anyone have any hints or tips on kinckstarting weight loss again, as they would be greatly appreciated.
