I love this show! It is amazing how just finding the right cut for your body can make all the difference. I was always so frustrated that I couldn't look good in particular shirts (ones that are fitted through the stomach, or ones that have a really thin material where you can sort of see where my belly button is), but lately when i go shopping i have been straying away from them. My attitude has changed because now I only try on things i know i will look good in (my trouble area is my belly, so empire waist is great!) but need to see how it looks based on color and style, etc. Also, I am a size M/L as far as shirts, and I would always get discouraged if I had to get an L. Now, I don't even worry about the size, I just go based on how it fits : D My size differs from store to store, so i have to keep that in mind...But, if I went to the same store and had to get a size larger than normal, THEN I would have a problem ; )

I hope that on all of your weightloss journeys, you are able to find cuts that fit your body well and don't discourage you or make you want to spot reduce even after you reach your goal! : D

I love What Not to Wear as well. I even have Trinny and Susannah's book! Of course, I really love the American version with Stacy and Clinton, too. I think shows like this are way more positive than others such as Extreme Makeover which teach people that the only way to be happy with themselves is to have plastic surgery and get fake teeth. I think that both versions of What Not to Wear are positive (and entertaining) TV. And it is really amazing how much better I look when I follow their advice!

I actually enjoy this show as well. I don't go out of my way to watch it, but when Kate (wifey) is watching it I don't mind. I didn't know there was another version other than the USA one though. I wish they did more guys though... actually... maybe they do. I don't watch it enough to know.

Nick, you're right, they should do some guys on there. Come to think of it, I watch that show frequently and have never seen a man on there. Hmmm. I love that show though, and it's true, they do teach you to make the best and actually be happy with what you have and work it!! Love it.
