I decided to try Traineo as I am too embarassed to talk about my weightproblems; I always pretend I donot care. I eat (snack) whenever I'm tired, down or fed up. I have a physical disability so I can not exercise too hard. But I can walk and bicycle. I hope to find buddies online. Apart from all this: I have a great sense of humor!

I've been on Traineo for quite a while. Exercising is going fine. But today is the first day I managed to keep a healthy, moderate diet...! It does feel good, but the thought of having to keep this up indefinetely scares me.
I've overeaten for longer than I care to remember. It would be such a relief if I could leave that behind.
So, today is the first day...

I was overweight growing up but was able to lose it during college. I stayed right around 200-210 during my 20's, but packed on the weight in my 30's after taking on a sedentary job and injuring my back. I'm now trying to get back down to 210 in the hopes of a happier, healthier me!

I've spent the last 5 months taking care of everyone, but myself. I'm now on blood pressure medicine and overweight at 31 years of age.I thought traineo would be the best way to begin my long journey back to health. Any support is welcomed!

Hi you'all!
Thanks! I'm still on the wagon and so happy with it. I eat normally, enjoy it and try not to obsess with food all the time. Nine days I managed so far.
Now just the rest of my life, and I'll be okay...

Good work Liz.
Keep track of your intake. I use fitday.com to do that and it is very helpful. I am sure there are other good resources as well

Thanks KM, I'll look into that! I can't say everyday has been a good day, but the majority has. I'm optimistic!
