Hey Guys,
I was doing so well pre-Christmas--had lost 10 pounds... 4 crept back on and my diet and exercise slipped. Trying to get back into it this week with a 7 day challenge-- 6 workouts, 2000 cal average a day, recording food everyday, etc. Wish me luck, I haven't been spending enough time around here lately and the results haven't been good!!
