If anyone else is competitive, I suggest getting motivated by joining a class.
I can be really competitive and working out in a class setting motivates me as I get inspired to work as hard as the most-fit person in the class. (You definitely shouldn't get down on yourself though if you aren't as in shape as someone else in the class.) Because of my super freaky competitiveness

, I end up pushing myself and not giving up as easily when I know that I still have some more in me.
Having a class scheduled at a certain time that I'm paying for also makes me less likely to skip out (because I'm not rich and that would definitely be a waste of money!
