I currently do 45 minutes of high intensity cardio 5-6 days a week with a goal of 360 minutes a week.
I do abs 35 minutes twice a week. (I do Cathe Friedrich's CoreMax and Tamilee Webb's old routines.)
I'm stuck with upper/lower body though. I don't know if I want to do a combo with a day off in between or do a split and rotate between doing upper one day then lower the next.
Tips or experience to share anyone?
