http://www.musclemedia.com/training/hiit.asp

This is a good article. I started up my hiit again last night after taking off like two months! This time though was more intense. I only sprinted, no jogging. Sprint, walk, sprint, walk. And never allowed myself too much time to recoup. It was brutal! I found I had so much energy last night that I had to force myself to sleep at like 1am! Only thing is I can't just bolt on my sprint from a stop. I pulled my left calf muscle summer, and it still hurts if I push off real quick on it. I have to start up to a sprint, takes me like 3 seconds to get to full speed. I always feel like if the cops see me doing this, they'll hit their lights thinking I just ripped off something.

Thanks for the article. I'm definetly going to start this program monday morning. Here's hoping it's as effective as it supposed to be.

Good luck! But beware of this one. Pack it in early if you feel woozy, I did. I bailed early and it was still one of the most intense workouts ever. You figure, if your goal is to do it for 15 minutes, then you know it kicks ass.
