I just started training with a personal trainer and before starting my exercise, my trainer did a fitness test and a body mass composition test for me. I used to be 42.5kg until I gained weight in college. Can anyone tell me more about the results? Will I ever be able to be 42.5kg since this is all lean muscle mass now? And also, does lean body weight mean muscle?
Here are the results of my body mass composition:
Height: 154.0cm
Weight: 56.0kg
Percent body fat: 23.9%
Fat body weight: 13.4kg
Lean body weight: 42.6kg
Basal metabolic rate: 1296 cal/day
Total body water: 29.8 liters
53.2% of body weight
69.9% of lean body weight
Bioresistance: 547 ohms
