The day after I went out on this damn walk with interval running in between, my leg started to hurt.  We went to the beach to Maine and I ran some more thinking the pain will go away.  It has been five days and it is still here.

I am so bummed!  It feels like I just started to gain momentum.  From what I read on various sites, I should stay off of it for a bit.
