Talk to trainers at your gym or local university and try to find ways to get in some strength training considering your wrist issues (but you definitely don&amp;#039;t want to hurt yourself).  I just got a trainer and man it makes a world of difference in my weight training.  In 6-7 months I am expecting to see some huge differences. The sad face is just a joke. I don&amp;#039;t want my face connected to that body yet, so I covered it up. The picture of me when I was heavier than that was an angry face.

Now he has a freaking eight pack.  You still have fat, but you need to bump up resistance, especially compound exercises.
