This evening I'm going kayaking. I don't actually like it, but my friend bailed on me for the second week in a row (I'm SUPPOSED to be at the beach, but whatever, I'll keep my anger at her canceling at the last minute so everyone else already had plans to myself), so I'm stuck either doing that or spending yet another day inside.
I was wondering, since it's hot and I got minimal sleep last night (long story, not worth sharing), would it be okay to skip my run and instead do a yoga video or something along those lines? I plan on making up for my run tommorow, but today I just don't feel like moving.
