I have a pair of crap shoes (that will be replaced on Thursday... that I've been whining about... the toe nail would make it WAYYYY worse.

Reply by R Montgomery

Day 1 went well. I am probably going to stretch the program out a little bit because of my ingrown toe nail. Sometimes if I just take it easy it doesnt start hurting. It is a big pain in my butt.

Reply by Rachael M

Hey congrats on the C25K marleah! I just started too! A little on the ouch side... but otherwise good. I'm using a treadmil... I think I had my incline too high 3.5 (yeah... that's too high for a start)... my hips hurt a bit... my calves are sore during the run... but other than that... felt pretty good... I wear a heart rate monitor to make sure I stay at least 119... but usually get up to 135 during the run portion...

I am going to go up to the local track instead of doing it at my gym.
