To be honest this particular camp is going to be purely a fact finding mission so there are no costs involved in terms of charging for my time.

I am in a local all women bootcamp now. It was fun because of all the woman-talk during exercising. 

But, I would prefer a bootcamp, not only train my body, but also train my mind.

Good luck with the bootcamp, I instruct several bootcamps in central Indiana.

I have a great testimony to share with you to help fuel the fire!

The results are for a Mother of 2 during 4 weeks of Bootcamp training 3 X per week for 50 minutes a piece.

Scale - Lost 8 pounds

Body Fat - down 2.3 %

Dress Size - Down 1 full size

60 second pushup - Increased 420%

60 second situp - increased 280%

60 second squat - increased 330%
