HI guy's. It's been a while since I've been on here, so my apologies for that, I've since left my gym and have setup some cardio machines at home (treadmill and rower) but I don't have any weights. So, I was wondering if anyone had a good resource or body-weight/calisthenics routine that I could do alongside the cardio instead of traditional weight-lifting?
I'm probably going to take up some form of martial art at the end of the year and along with continuing to lose weight, i would like to improve my core strength.
Any programs/routines or links to the aforementioned will be gratefully received.
