A quick google yesterday turned up this interesting website:

another tip is to walk while on your morning and afternoon breaks. I'm doing that now and love it. Those extra 15 minutes of walking, even if not at a fast pace are a few extra calories burners that are nice to have. Also it breaks up the day a bit. It also keeps me away from one of my worst habbits, surfing the internet and reading msnbc and slashdot while on break. News is news, and it's typically bad news if it's getting reported... better to get a healthy positive outlook by walking instead of getting a downer through the internet.

Nice Post,

Even small changes can make a big difference. A bit like following a bearing on a compass, just by changing your direction by a single degree, can mean the difference of being miles apart after a few weeks.

I am a manager at my job and I just started allowing an EXTRA 15 mins of exercise in the afternoon for everyone. They can go out for a walk, walk up and down stairs, etc. I brought in some resistance bands to work to so some stretches and workouts.
