There is quite a few Turbo Jam threads at this forum. Do a search of Turbo Jam at the search box at the top and you will find them.

Welcome to traineo, Ashley!

There's a Turbo Jam Group, if you're interested. Personally, I just got Turbo Jam (Maximum Results) recently and, while it's definitely a step up for me in intensity, I've really enjoyed it so far.

Good luck on your fitness goals & if there's anything we can do to help, just let us know! All the best....

This is Turbo Jam, Dean. It's basically Tae Bo meets capoeira meets a prettier less annoying version of Denise Austin. ;) Lots of boxing moves, a few dance moves, a few capoeira moves, all while in a half squat w/your butt tucked in. It's intense, it hurts, but it's a good hurt. Hope that helps!

Watch yourself, I grew up on those movies and if you aren't careful I might have to school you in a good ol' fashioned dance off!

Really though, Breakin' and Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo are what made my childhood worth living.

As for Breakin' & Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo (which, imho, was even better than the first), I loved 'em too! They were the best, back in the day.

What's this "back in the day" and past-tense nonsense?

They ARE the best, even still today.

Fixed it for you.
