Please don't laugh...everyone laughs when I say it. But I have been training in bowling and I sweat and get very tired after 2 hours of continuous bowling.
I found a site that says I am burning about 211 calories an hour, so HAH!!! It really is exercise. How do we get them to put it on our exercise list???

Bowling is fun. But, look out that you don't end up with one huge arm!

I actually had an interim thing in HS where we chose different trips to do with different teachers - some were to really cool places, some stayed in town (had to pay for the trips ourselves) so I chose to stay local and do some bowling. We had to play at least 1 whole game every day with our off hand. Now that was some entertainment!

I guess just make sure you play at least 1 game with each of your hands.

Oh btw, Dara, you can enter a manual amount of calories burned if Traineo doesn't have the category you want.

ah. it was opening up spyke/dean for a joke suggesting what to use under the circumstances of having to play with an off hand and being ambidextrous....

it was a far reach. and rightly edited away.

I sense a "Tabata Bowling" experiment.

Get like 4 lanes and throw as many balls as possible in 20 seconds. Then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for 8 rounds. Score is lowest number of balls in a round, + 1 for each spare and +2 for each strike.

That sounds like fun. It's all about the intensity you know.
