I just started HIIT, I havn't really done it all that much I think I started 4 days ago and have done it everyday since (except yesterday). I know I will be doing the 5x5 on Sat. Mon, and Wed. I just need to stick the HIIT in there somewhere.

Minu.. thats why I am doing it now (22). I also am adopted so I don't have a family medical history so I need to do this for future health reasons.

thanks minu and everyone else as well-ive been doing weight training all along but just wanted to get more advice on it as i want to incorporate more of it.
