Well its difficult to throttle the desire to entertain them with big meals, eating out, etc. Not to mention that by spending more time with them you may not have time for a workout. For me the most important thing is to communicate to the family, just how high a priority you give to taking care of your body. I mean after all, hopefully they want whats best for you.....Bottom line is, don't change your habits just because you have family coming.
