After seeing the ingredients list, though, I just make Kool-Aid with Splenda instead of sugar.  Splenda does has a bit of calories, and it works out exactly like adding 1 cup of sugar to Kool Aid.  They taste identical, and it&amp;#039;s cheaper. I used to drink Propel a lot, the calcium onces, they were ok but nothing tastes like pure water. I work out daily and get tons of carbs so even the low ammount of sugar tasted like crap after a while. Perhaps a year ago I made the move from any juice to only 100% fruit juice. This helped reduce my sugar intake and increase the value of the juice was drinking...but I still drank a lot of juice, and at 100 calories a shot - it adds up.
If I drank alcohol, I would be an alcoholic. I need so much liquid in me every day I surpass most people&amp;#039;s intake many times. So what to do? Water is okay, but sometimes I just won&amp;#039;t drink if I have to drink water.
