So...I like fruit juices. Perhaps a year ago I made the move from any juice to only 100% fruit juice. This helped reduce my sugar intake and increase the value of the juice was drinking...but I still drank a lot of juice, and at 100 calories a shot - it adds up.
If I drank alcohol, I would be an alcoholic. I need so much liquid in me every day I surpass most people's intake many times. So what to do? Water is okay, but sometimes I just won't drink if I have to drink water. Thats when I found Propel - 20 calories for a 16 oz. bottle! Crazy - and it tastes good.
Now if only they could make Propel healthy - but at least I can drink Propel when I have a juice craving and keep my juice consumption closer to three glasses a day (rather than six or seven or ten).

Nothing beats water, eh, even if it's filled with useless vitamins and crap I end up getting 2000% of. I used to drink Propel a lot, the calcium onces, they were ok but nothing tastes like pure water. I work out daily and get tons of carbs so even the low ammount of sugar tasted like crap after a while. Now I just stick to water; it's free, it's pure, everything you need and nothing you don't.

I am using the Zone way of eating (www.drsears.com) to attain my target and increase my wellness.
I'm losing weight for my health, energy, and for my friend's wedding so no one mistakes me for Ms. Piggy's sister.

Propel is oh-so-tasty!! After seeing the ingredients list, though, I just make Kool-Aid with Splenda instead of sugar. Splenda does has a bit of calories, and it works out exactly like adding 1 cup of sugar to Kool Aid. They taste identical, and it's cheaper. Of course if you're opposed to consuming tons of artificial sweeteners, then perhaps Splenda-sweetened flavored water isn't for you...

After hitting just under 200lbs. first year of college, I knew I had to make a change. I lost 50lbs, got down to 146 but have put a little back on. My goal now is to fight off the remaining fat and switch it to lean muscle, tone up, get abs, and improve my running!

Angie - Fascinating idea...Though I will stick with my Propel - no patience for mixing kool-aid.

I started on a serious weight loss program in September of 2006. My starting weight was 242 pounds. I'm 5' 5" tall. My current weight is 180 pounds. I was determined to do it on my own - no paid programs, pills, etc. My goal is to be 165. As of 12/1/07 - I've met my goal of 165!. Now for 2008 I'm going to focus on maintaining. Any additional lost pounds will be a bonus.
New Year and I've decided to set a new goal. I'm striving for 145 pounds. 1/30/08 - down 5 pounds....

I also love Propel - only 20 calories for the 2 serving bottle! Tastes great and really hydrates!
