I used to eat a lot of sardines, but they are not that nice after a while.

I love fish also. Easy and fast to cook. It is already great with very little seasoning.

Here are normal ways I cook it (salmon, tuna, white fish, snapper, orange rough etc)
1. Simply pan fried it with some olive oil
2. When it is cooked, put either of the following sauce on it to steam a few sec. And, it is ready to serve:
 -soy sauce mixed with sake (50% each)
 -1 tsp of miso sauce mixed with sake
