I am trying to incorporate more fish into our diets...at least twice a week we have fish either tuna or a white fish fillet....the tuna, I make into a pasta sauce and we have it with pasta (tuna, garlic, tomato, olives, oregano) and the white fish fillets, I will put lemon zest and finely chopped rosemary on them...start them off in a non stick frypan and finish off in the oven...they are delicious - but I am looking for more ways to cook good fish....does anyone have any recipes they can share!!

Thanks!

for really easy, I get the prepared tilapia filets, and put them in tin foil w/ veggies & cous cous or quinoa, some sort of liquid & spices, wrap 'em up and toss 'em in the oven... comes out tasty.

And seared salmon, tuna, steelhead trout are all great.

i love fish also. Easy to cook. It is already great with less seasoning.

I love fish also. Easy and fast to cook. It is already great with very little seasoning.

Here are normal ways I cook it (salmon, tuna, white fish, snapper, orange rough etc)
1. Simply pan fried it with some olive oil
2. When it is cooked, put either of the following sauce on it to steam a few sec. And, it is ready to serve:
-soy sauce mixed with sake (50% each)
-1 tsp of miso sauce mixed with sake
-Apple cider vinegar only

Another a bit more work way:
1. heat up the olive oil in a pan
2. put ginger (finely cut) into the hot oil until it lightly brown
3. put the fish in
4. when the fish is cooked, put finely chop green onion to it
5. put ½ cup of sake or cooking wine to steam the whole pan for a few sec
then ready to serve.

Go for mackerel if you can. That stuff is delicious and I just can't get enough of it. Salmon is great also.

I used to eat a lot of sardines, but they are not that nice after a while.

Salmon and mackerel in a salad with a mild bit of dressing, oh awesome!!
