My favorite part of that is the hot sauce.  I make my own organic hot sauces and even have my own store where i sell them. My question is, do you think it helps in losing weight. I never looked at it like that, but I think using the hotsauce curbs my appetite. The Capsaicin, which is what makes it hot has so many medical benefits. Just curious what others think about this.
