1 cup cooked or canned garbanzo beans 
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/3 cup bean liquid (from the can) or water
1 tsp horseradish

Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy smooth. 

OR

1 cup canned (unsalted) chickpeas
3 tbsp unhulled raw sesame seeds
2 tbsp lemon
½ red onion, chopped
2 tbsp tomato paste
pinch of chili powder to taste

1 can black beans (both 15 oz)
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes (more to taste)
2-4 cloves garlic, or to taste

1-2 tblsp olive oil
3-4 tbsp tahini

It&amp;#039;s too easy and good to dip veggies into. Here&amp;#039;s the recipe I&amp;#039;ve played around with, and I&amp;#039;m curious what combos other people use.

1 can (19oz) of washed chickpeas (progresso sized can)
less than 1/4 cup tahini
3 tbsp lemon juice
~1 tbsp water
