I haven't had the steamers, but I eat a fair amount of the frozen Lean Cuisine frozen dinners. The lasagna and canneolloni are suprisingly good. They generally have 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein, but they're very tasty and only run around 300 calories. The Lean Cuisine personal pizzas are good too and they have about the same nutritional information. (If you can't tell, Lean Cuisine stuff is my fave!)
