My dad is a huge dried-fruit eater (as am I). He bought 6 pounds of dried blueberries online (not sure where)-and they come in 1 ounce bags! I looked it up and that comes to almost exactly 100 calories an ounce! They have no added sugar (but are still quite carb-ridden), and taste amazing! The perfect sweet treat!

I know my dad didn't buy them from an actual dealer (he got them from some random guy who owned a flower store or something and thought dried fruit would sell better than it did...), but I've found some sites for you.
URL
That one's one of the lowest prices, but it's for buying in bulk.

That's a bulk dried fruit site.
Everything that's not bulk is $20+ a pound...
And all the blueberries I see have added sugars...maybe mine do? I'm not sure, I asked my dad...but they sure as heck don't need sugar!

I've been interested in losing weight and gaining muscle here at traineo since late 2007. Its not until mid 2008 that i've actually started my training routine 5 days a week. Trying to get to under 19% body fat.

I love to eat. Carbs is my weakness link that I always lose control in front of it.
I started running for fitness in 2007. Ever since I finished the 1st marathon (San Diego RnR 2007), I am addicted to running.
I started traineoing in Nov 2007. I have reached my goal weight in Jun 08 already. But, now, I don't care much about my weight. I care about it only if it affects my running performance.

I think you can get no added sugar dried fruit in Trader Joe's or Whole Food also.

Go to Trader Joes, they have the largest selection of non-sweetened dried fruits I've seen. I just bought some unsweetened mango from Trader Joes and it is AMAZING. Who ever thought of adding sugar to fruit anyways???

I love dried fruit, cranberries, cherries, blueberries, mango, apples, prunes and peaches are my favorite.
One point though if you eat dried fruit and find you have a headache or nausea afterwards, you may be sensitive to the sulfites in them and you'll need to look for organic fruit. Sulfites help keep the fruit from looking rotten and unappealing.

Looking to add some muscle over the next few months. Trying to get in those calories and focusing on the compound lifts. We'll see how it all goes :)

Just for fun I thought I'd let you know that you can develop a sensitivity if you eat too much and are susceptible to it.

Blech...with my luck that'll happen, too.
Until then, though, even the sugary dried fruit is healthier than candy. And as a teen with a huge sweet tooth, that's major.
