This was incredible:
50- 1 whole-wheat tortilla (La Tortilla Factory)
25- 1 TBSP hummus (can't remember brand)
25- 1/2 slice provolone cheese (Sorrento)
I also added a handful of mixed greens to mine, which apparently adds about 2-5 calories more, but I love the added substance and crunch!
