This was incredible:

50- 1 whole-wheat tortilla (La Tortilla Factory)
25- 1 TBSP hummus (can't remember brand)
25- 1/2 slice provolone cheese (Sorrento)
I also added a handful of mixed greens to mine, which apparently adds about 2-5 calories more, but I love the added substance and crunch!

Let me know if you can think of any creative variations that will still keep this at about 100 calories.

I'll try that (with some chicken or turkey added because I need at least 400 in the morning or I won't make my goal). Maybe an apple or something on the side, too.
