I just dug into a huuuuuuuuuuge salad of:

100 grams arugula
100 grams lamb's lettuce, (mache)
1 table spoon paper-shaved red onion

Dressing:

2 cloves garlic
1, 2" piece of ginger, chopped finely, like the garlic
tsp olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp balsamic
fresh ground black pepper
~shot glass of OJ

^^nuked for about 45 seconds, then cooled a bit and tossed in.

It was pretty damn satisfying.

I had an Orange and a small bowl of Cherrios with 2% milk. (I can't stand skim milk... so I stick my 2% slurge and just drink and use a whole lot less than i used to)

Breakfast was a serving of yoplait source yogurt, half a serving of bran buds, and 1/2 a cup of corn flakes... only about 115 calories, which leaves lots of room for a snack in a couple of hours.

I just enjoyed a nice arugula salad sprinkled with a lil fresh parmesan & garlic powder and tossed with a teaspoon of balsamic and a teaspoon of olive oil, followed by 20 majorly FRESH raw peanuts and a decaf espresso lungo.
