I am a Technical Account Manager. I sit at a Desk most of the day.
I exercise a decent amount, but eat like crap.
Having a family has slowed down my time at the gym and outdoor activity.

This morning for breakfast I had two scrambled eggs and a small whole wheat bagel with smart balance butter.
Lunch will be yet another exiting 300 calorie South Beach Microwaved meal.

Trail mix, and surely too much of it at this late hour.
DAMN I'm ravenous on days when I do HIIT... Toss in some PMS and the ole diet goes MIA.

In all my moving house packing, I found a block of chocolate I was given for christmas. I had sort of hidden it away so it was 1 less treat I had during christmas week...too bad I found it so soon, because I've just finished it

I've already been a traineo member and lost 8 kg in 2 months or so and then regained it due to a lot of stress. Now I am back on track and the experiences I made last year showed me that I CAN do it. That is why I am convinced that I WILL do it!

Brown rice with an egg cooked in chicken broth mixed with garlic, wheat germ, brewer's yeast and sprinkled with a bit of grated white cheese.
That rice thread gave me a hankering.

I'm looking to lose about a hundred lbs in the course of a year, and basically to just consistently get better. And I love comments and messages, so keep 'em coming!
I talk about goal setting a lot, how about I actually set some?
Well it's time to revisit goals... I didn't do too well with my end of year plans, but learned some things and changed my plans up a bit as I went along. I'm updating goals as well. Lowering cholesterol remains a goal, and I'll find out about that at the end of August.
Been bouncing around a bit, but getting a little stricter again and will monitor that over the next 3-4 weeks. I feel poised to really lose some weight again, so I'm looking forward to the healthy eating and additional exercise.
