This morning for breakfast I had two scrambled eggs and a small whole wheat bagel with smart balance butter.

Lunch will be yet another exiting 300 calorie South Beach Microwaved meal.

Trail mix, and surely too much of it at this late hour.

DAMN I'm ravenous on days when I do HIIT... Toss in some PMS and the ole diet goes MIA.

In all my moving house packing, I found a block of chocolate I was given for christmas. I had sort of hidden it away so it was 1 less treat I had during christmas week...too bad I found it so soon, because I've just finished it

I just had my wee breaky: a double macchiato with, ('cause it's great enjoyed at the same time), a small handful of almonds, plus the daily vitamins.

Brown rice with an egg cooked in chicken broth mixed with garlic, wheat germ, brewer's yeast and sprinkled with a bit of grated white cheese.

That rice thread gave me a hankering.

Lol @ Minu. Now I need my brown rice fix!

Chompin' on "Kashi Go Lean Crunch!" cereal as I type, paired with Silk vanilla soymilk (which is surprisingly tast-eeee!).

Good eatin'...

Fire it up!

Just had a banana and string cheese
