I had grapes at breakfast, banana as a snack and I've just had a pear with my lunch.

Am committed to upping my fruit and veg intake one way or another. Can't wait for all the veggies with my din-dins.

Good job Dean, keep it up! My veggies have been in the form of a multi-v lately, so I have to up that a bit myself.

I have an omelette w/ chicken and 2% amer. cheese.

Breakfast: 1 cup of Brown Rice leftovers grilled with 1 cup Egg Substitute & 1 whole egg. Added 1 teaspoon of olive oil for good measure and then topped it with some salsa.

I gave in to temptation this morning when offered some cinnamon sticky bun pull apart item...my only solace is that it was topped with walnuts.

I just smacked back a bowl of nice 'n tender white beans in my faux-creme (tofu cream-based), garlic, parmigiano sauce. Tongue-twistingly good.
