I eat oatmeal and fruit and the like for breakfast, and salads for lunch, but I need a site to help me with dinner. I've gone through the last of my healthy recepies, and I refuse to eat the same thing more than a few times a month (I'm weird like that). Anyone have a good site that has a lot of dishes and lists the nutrition facts (I like to keep my totals exact in my head, and it's a pain to estimate)? Thanks!!

Hey Mikaela, I'm not sure where you're from but I use a site called Taste.com.au, it's an Australian site but I'm sure you could convert any measurements you need somewhere else. You can search for low kilojoule, low fat, low carb etc meals and most of them have the nutritional information per serve.

Just an idea, though I'd understand if it's not very practical for you. Have you tried just googling recipe sites? Most of them these days have low fat/low kilojoule recipes. You could always use calorie King to estimate your daily calories as well. Hope something of this helps!

Mikaela, You do need to be able to eat normal, balanced meals to maintain a healthy weight longterm. Dinner is often the toughest for me, too. Try to increase your vegetable portion, and have a smaller portion of the carb part. I always go for a glass of skim milk with dinner for some more protein and calcium. Sometimes I even serve 2 veggies with supper. Now and then, I make a special low cal meals, but sometimes, I admit, it's tatertot hotdish!
