Hi friends,
I'm starting to adjust my diet along with my cardio and weight training.
However, as your average citizen of Manland (est. 10,000 BC), I stick pretty closely to my grill, or have to until now then. Now, I'm transitioning to the 5-6 small meals plan (roughly). Easy enough in theory - I've even sorted out what my caloric intake needs to look at these meals. Unfortunately, I don't have a clue as to exactly what I should / could be cooking.
I'm looking for some easy recipes that also include calorie totals. Does anyone have any resources they can point me towards?
Thanks!

I'm 26 years old, I have a wonderful wife and a beautiful daughter.
I graduated from US Air Force basic training and am now at tech school. I will be doing PT 3 times a week and working out in the gym 3 days as well.
My goal is to maintain my weight while burning more fat and gaining strength.

Hey Will...welcome to the site!
Believe it or not, the American Diabetes Association has a website that lists recipes with nutrition info -- calories, fat, carbs, etc.

Started NutriSystem on 3/10/07 to lose weight. Continue to weight train and adding more cardio. Primary goal is to drop the weight. Once the weight is off, then I will intensify the strength training.

it's just a way to customize your google page, and if you set up a diet tab it gives you a whole bunch of nifty stuff (like your traineo info)

Dana,
I am soooo with you. This site is so freakin' amazing. I am going to use it all the time.
Thanks so much!
In case you want yet another low-cal recipe, I just posted one about a 100-calorie breakfast. Check it out on the forum.
Thanks again,
LG
