5oz of deli chicken or turkey
Tbsp of pico de gallo
mustard
Heat the pita on a skillet. And nuke the chicken (or etc) in the microwave for a moment, just to heat it up. After the pita is nice and crispy on both sides, put on plate and dollop some mustard on it and cover with the heated chicken and top off with some tomato chunks or some pico de gallo.
